WHY ROOTED?
Assalamu Alaikum beautiful sister.
There will be seasons when our faith feels easy, and seasons when remaining firm feels like the harder choice.
There will be loss, disappointment, uncertainty, change and moments when the world around us pulls us in directions that don’t align with what we believe.
And sometimes, staying true to our values can make us feel like strangers, even when we are surrounded by people.
ROOTED is an invitation to return to what grounds us.
To explore what it means to remain anchored in our faith, our values and our relationship with Allah when life shakes us.
Through sunrise halaqas in sacred spaces, workshops, reflection, specific stories from authentic hadiths, meaningful conversations and sisterhood, we’ll explore resilience, tawakkul, loss, identity, perseverance and finding courage to remain firm.
Because being rooted doesn’t mean you never bend. It means you know what you cannot let go of.

Spend 3 days in Madinah and 4 days in Makkah, with the core ROOTED retreat ending with departure from Makkah through Jeddah. We’ve kept the retreat to 8 days so that it feels meaningful without requiring a longer time away from work, family, or other responsibilities. For those who would like to extend the journey, Doha is available as an optional add-on.

VISA & FLIGHTS
The Saudi visa is currently estimated at ₦750,000, while a Qatar Airways ticket is approximately ₦1.5 million, including the Doha stopover.
Please note that visa and flight prices are subject to change depending on when you register and book. You can arrange your visa and flights through our sister travel company, or make your own arrangements using the retreat dates we provide.
For those joining the Umrah portion of the retreat only, more affordable flight options are also available with Ethiopian Airlines, EgyptAir, and Saudi Air.

It’s hard not to come back for more! As a little welcome home gift, returning retreat participants get 2.5% off their retreat Cost.
How to secure your spot
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold your place. This will be deducted from your total balance
- 40% of your payment must be made within one week of reserving your slot. If not, your spot will be rolled over to the next person on the waitlist.
- All payments must be completed by 1st March 2027.
- Refunds (minus the deposit) are available until 1st February 2027. After this, the only option is to transfer your spot to someone else (T&C applies)
- Payment plans are available, allowing you to split your payments into six installments or even more it all depends on what works for you
