Sabeeha: The Heart Behind Chai
Salam Sisters, my name is Dr Sabeeha, but you can call me Sabeeha please. Many know me on social media as Soulunraveled.
I grew up as the oldest daughter and I always felt a strong pull to guide, protect, nurture. It’s one of my favorite hats to wear. I am very big on community and having our own village/tribe and after being away from home for 7 years, i came back feeling like i didn’t really have one anymore.
Don’t get me wrong, i had some friends and family around, but i was still seeking a community for myself for growth.
I tried to put myself in a few spaces, but there was a constant feeling of not truly belonging—a feeling I realized so many other women shared, longing for a space where they could be vulnerable, supported, and spiritually connected. A space that respects, values and nurtures the different peculiarities of Muslim women especially from a conservative background/culture.
Chai With Soulunraveled began as my answer to that need: a safe space for Arewa Muslim women to connect deeply, grow spiritually, and embrace all-rounded growth.
This has grown to cover Muslim women around the world.
I believe that every woman deserves a space where she feels valued, understood, and encouraged to reach her fullest potential. This is my way of giving back and creating the safe space I wish I had. Chai is Our way of changing our ummah for the better, one woman, one conversation, one household at a time.
Change begins with us, and we are working on us.

Our Mission
Chai With Soul Unraveled creates and nurtures safe spaces for Muslim women, educating & empowering them through safe space events, memberships, spiritual retreats, and outreach programs to encourage meaningful connections, all-rounded growth, and supportive sisterhood while inspiring them to give back to their communities with purpose and compassion.
