Read a book. Journal. Have a conversation. Take a nap. Sit with a cup of chai. Pray. Or do absolutely nothing. \nAlong the way\, we’ll stop to explore Edfu Temple\, one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient temples\, and Kom Ombo Temple\, a remarkable riverside temple with a history as fascinating as its setting. \nThree days to move slowly\, while still seeing so much. \nThen\, we head south. \n \nAswan\nThe journey continues south\nIn Aswan\, we’ll experience the beauty and history of southern Egypt\, with visits to: \n\nPhilae Temple\nAswan Dam\n\nAfter disembarking from the Nile cruise\, we’ll fly to Cairo for the final chapter of our journey. \nCairo\nAncient history\, living culture\nCairo brings a completely different rhythm. \nWe’ll stand before the Pyramids of Giza\, explore the historic heart of the city and spend time amongst its streets\, architecture\, mosques and centuries of Islamic history. \nAnd then\, we slow down again. \nA DAY TO SIMPLY WANDER \nOne full day will be left completely open. \nNo group itinerary.
